Ekana Cricket Stadium Pitch Report: The Ekana Stadium which is located in the capital city of Lucknow. The stadium is also known as the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium. It is one of the largest and newest stadiums in Uttar Pradesh. This stadium was completed in the year 2017 and it is owned and operated by the Ekana Sportz City Pvt. Ltd. The Ekana Cricket Stadium has the capacity of 50,000 spectators, this stadium is aimed at providing a modern experience of cricket to the fans in Uttar Pradesh.

The Stadium is well equipped to host various sporting events other than cricket i.e. football and hockey. The design of the stadium is inspired from the traditional architecture of Lucknow, red sandstone, marble and terracotta tiles are used in the construction of the stadium. The stadium has the largest video screen of 360 degree in India. Floodlights are also available in the stadium so day and night matches can be hosted there. The Ekana Cricket Stadium has hosted many memorable matches, including the very first day-night match which was played between India and Bangladesh in 2019. The Ekana Cricket Stadium is not only famous for the cricket matches but also many cultural and musical events of many leading Indian artists and international artists as well.
